Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
Welcome to DinnerPlan, a product of 3211 Labs. By using DinnerPlan (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. The Service
DinnerPlan is a meal planning tool that generates personalised weekly dinner plans, shopping lists, and related features for household use. The Service is provided as a web application accessible at dinnerplan.me.
2. Accounts
To use DinnerPlan, you must create an account with a valid email address. Sign-in is primarily via a magic link sent to that email. During a transition period, some accounts may also sign in with a 4–6 digit PIN. You are responsible for keeping access to your email (and PIN, if you use one) secure. One account is intended per household.
Requesting a magic link for an email that does not yet have an account creates a new account. Completing sign-in via the magic link verifies your email address.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Free Trial & Subscription
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service, unless you have complimentary (grant) access or a valid promotional offer.
Subscription pricing is displayed on our website and may change with 30 days’ notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Starting paid checkout requires a verified email address.
4. AI-Generated Content
Meal plans, recipes, and suggestions are generated by our meal planning engine. While we aim for accuracy:
- Recipes are suggestions, not professional dietary advice
- Always verify ingredients against known allergies and dietary requirements
- Nutritional information is approximate and not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for adverse reactions to suggested meals
DinnerPlan is not a substitute for professional dietary, medical, or nutritional advice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to access other users’ data
- Use the Service to abuse, overload, or interfere with our systems
- Reverse-engineer or extract the underlying systems or algorithms
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
7. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings panel within the app. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data including meal plans, preferences, favourites, and pantry items. This action cannot be undone.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep DinnerPlan available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3211 Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
